Never Say Die was a professional wrestling event promoted by Ring of Honor. It took place on May 8, 2009 at Boston University in Boston, Massachusetts. Several wrestlers were originally scheduled to compete over the weekend but had to miss due to injury, most notably Tyler Black who was scheduled to challenge Jerry Lynn for the ROH World Championship.

- Dark match: Grizzly Redwood defeated Ernie Osiris
- After the match, Jimmy Rave attacked Redwood, until Necro Butcher came to his aid.
- Delirious defeated Ricky Reyes
- Delirious pinned Reyes after a Panic Attack followed by Shadows Over Hell.
- Rhett Titus & Kenny King defeated The Super Smash Bros. (Player Uno & Player Dos)
- Jay Briscoe vs. Necro Butcher ended in a no contest
- The match was stopped after The Embassy attacked Necro.
- Kevin Steen defeated Davey Richards in an "Anything Goes" match
- Steen pinned Richards after a Package Piledriver off the ring apron through a table.
- Bryan Danielson defeated Eddie Edwards and Sonjay Dutt
- Danielson forced Edwards to submit to a Triangle Choke.
- The Embassy (Jimmy Rave, Joey Ryan & Claudio Castagnoli w/Prince Nana) defeated Colt Cabana, Brent Albright & Erick Stevens
- Castagnoli pinned Stevens after a low blow.
- Jerry Lynn defeated Chris Hero to retain the ROH World Championship
- Lynn pinned Hero after a Cradle Piledriver.
