Rami Sebei (born July 12, 1984 in Canada) is a Canadian professional wrestler better known by his ring name, El Generico. With the gimmick of being a generic luchidor, Generico wrestled in his native country of Canada before competing in the United States independent circuit. Generico made several appearances for Ring of Honor in 2005, but was never able to secure a permanent spot on the roster. He returned in late 2006 and, after an impressive outing teaming with Kevin Steen against the Briscoe Brothers, was brought into ROH full-time in 2007. Generico and Steen, frequent tag team partners in several promotions, continue to team in ROH, where they are the current ROH World Tag Team Champions.
